- Mr Pounder - a rope dropped around his neck, the other end attached to
some sandbags. They went down. He went...up (pg 89/119)
- Dr Undershaft - strangled to death (pg 105/140)
- Mr Salzella - died of a heart attack(?) (pg 268/358)
Definitely died - off page (ie referred to by someone)
- Reg Plenty - was working late up on the curdling vats, "tripped", fell and... (p. 57/76)
- A tenor - crushed to death by Dame Violetta Gigli (pg 104/138)
- A man - beaten to death and thrown into the river (pg 123/163)
- A man - was going to be run over by a cart the next day (pg 124/164)
- An old man - died when a ballerina was flung into his lap (pg 153/204)
- A piccolo player - his liver was fried and eaten on a cymbal for one wrong
note too many. I guess he died (pg 254/339)
- 3 violinists - a conductor skewered them on his baton (pg 254/339)

- A deputy stage manager - stabbed with a prop sword (pg 57/76)
- A seamstress - stitched herself to the wall (pg 57/76)
- The man who worked the trapdoor - had an.....accident (pg 57/77)

- A number of people over the years have had.....accidents at the Opera House.
