Hiya all,
this is to announce that the traditional video meet will be held on
Saturday, January 26th of this year. As we've run out of videos to
watch, this time we'll venture to the local cinema to watch the Lord
of the Rings movie. (Obviously, if you don't want to watch the movie,
you're welcome to join us for the rest of the meet anyway).
The program for the meet looks as follows:
>From about 16.00 onwards we'll meet at the North End for a pint or
two. As the food situation hasn't really improved there, I have booked
a dinner table at Eetcafe La Bota for 18.00, so if you miss us at the
North End, you can join us there as well. La Bota does very good food
for low prices, and caters for both meat eaters as well as
vegetarians.
Directions to the North End pub and Eetcafe La Bota are available on
request, both on public transport as by car.
At about 20.00 we'll have to be at the cinema, as the movie starts at
20.30 and we'll have to make sure we get seats in the same area <g>.
After the movie, we'll venture to my place, where drinks will be
available. Also, any leftover chocolate etc. can be consumed there.
If you want to join the meet, please let me know in advance by sending
back the information below. Hope to see you the 26th!
