An AFPmeet was organised for the set of "Late Lunch", a programme of dubious
merit put out by Channel Bore. (in UK-land for merkians). It was decided by the
instigator, one Ben Chalmers, that said programme needed an afpresence to spice
it up.

Afpresent:
Carol "I only do Cthulhoid monstrosities" Willis
Ben "The ORIGINAL Ben, right?" Chalmers
Paul "Carlos the Jackal" Smith.

Herewith the chronicle of vs, the AFPTVers, which shall now ensve as I do
relate.

Met at Waterloo station (note for Merkians - it's _not_ what it sounds like,
though given the state of it it could be). Waited for Carol. Carol turned up.
Went over to London Studios at 4.15 pm (they said arrive by 5). Already full.

FAILED. Got some Kojak-style lollies of dubious parentage and even more dubious
colour.

Said "Sod it" and went to the pub down the road. Much more fun - two
illustrious afpveterans (one L-Space address and one nearly) and one relative
newbie (November 1997 joined - before the Grate ATMD Schism chiz chiz chiz
[1]).
