Hello one and all!
As you maybe, possibly, might have guessed by the subject title,
there will be a MEET in Cambs, on 20th of February. All are invited. In
fact, as this is my first ever meet, and I'm going to be very upset if
no-one turns up, all are ordered to come.

Anyway, here are those detail thingies:
Place: THE ANCIENT DRUIDS, Napier St, Cambridge.
Time: 6pm onwards (but if you're planning on coming earlier, let me know
and I'll be there for your arrival).
Clothes: Yes, if you really want.
Bring: Yourselves, and anyone else who can be persuaded to be dragged
along, and even those who can't. I really want somebody to turn up for
this ;-)[1]
Don't Bring: Food (see below)
Reason for meet? You want a reason? Well... um... anyone got a birthday,
or something to celebrate in the last or next four months? The real
reason being that I'm going to be in Cambs around the time[2], and the
last meet was such fun, I've decided that we need another one. That good
enough?
You want a better reason to come? You won't come otherwise? Well... I'l
tell you what I'll do if you don't come... I'll cry, that's what! I'll
stand here in the middle of the group, and cry. That good enough?
Wait... someone will think of a reason... come on people - we've got a
month to think of a good reason to have this meet.
Anyway, here are the TECHNICAL DETAILS (ooer) of the unfortunate venue:
The Druids is a large pub which doesn't mind children or
chocolates/edible Lego (not TM)[3] (in moderation), and also serves
food. There is also a curry place handy should people so desire[4].

The pub is beside the Grafton Centre, where there should be parking for
all...
I'd like everyone who wants to come to email me so I can get an idea of
numbers - if there are actually going to be people coming, I might be
able to avoid the pending nervous breakdown.
About crashspace, the wonderful Mole can get space in Trinity
Col^H^H^Hall, if asked *a month* in advance - so you need to be pretty
quick if you want to get that. There are also apparantly other people in
Cambs, who may be able to offer crash space - I've e-mailed a couple, so
if you need, or are able to offer crash space (and I haven't mailed
you), then please e-mail me ASAP.
I may post a reminder closer to the event, depening on whether anyone is
planning on coming,

[2] Well... I'm going to be in Cambs *because* of the meet, so this kind
of creates a paradox thingy, doesn't it?[6]
[3] I've got a reason! I've got a reason! This Christmas, I was given a
packet of chocolate covered coffee beans, so having demolished them, I
was told the name of the shop from whence they came, and have since
bought more, purely for the sake of afp meets. So, anyone not coming to
this meet will miss out on a proliferation of cccbs!
[4] Not living in, or anywhere near Cambs, I don't know exactly where
this is, so anyone who went to the last meet and went to the curryhouse
afterwards might be able to tell us [if there is an 'us', of course ;-)]
where it is.
[5] Is this an oppurtunity for the AFP-madrigal society to have a
practice? E-mail me if it's going to happen.
