From: rachel@lspace.org (Rachel Coleman) Newsgroups: alt.fan.pratchett.announce,alt.fan.pratchett,alt.books.pratchett Subject: [ANNOUNCE][F] Post-signing meet, Cambridge, 22/11/00 Date: 9 Nov 2000 18:26:34 -0000 Message-ID: <091100182615afpa@crucible.athame.co.uk> -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Where? The Castle Inn, Castle Street, Cambridge, UK. Probably upstairs, as this is a nice space to take over. Look for geeky tshirts, toys and Pratchett-related stuff. When? 5:30pm onwards on Wednesday 22nd November. (The actual signing is at 12:30pm in Heffers on Trinity St, but I have to go back to work in between.) Turn up, sit down, join in, enjoy. All welcome, but I'd like to particularly encourage those who've never been to a meet before - this is only the second I'll have attended[1], so I could do with some newbie company :) The Castle serves food between 18:00 and 21:15, for those of you concerned about meals. To find the pub, there's a hand-drawn-by-me map at http://www.jobstream.com/~rachelc/maphand.gif which should help you find your way from Heffers. For something a little more professional try entering the postcode (CB3 0AJ) into http://uk.multimap.com If you have any (meet-related) questions, please email me (rachel@lspace.org) [1] Not counting Clarecraft and a couple of conventions ;) Best wishes, Rachel Coleman - -- * "2002: A Discworld Odyssey" * The Discworld Convention * * Hanover International, Hinckley * August 16th-19th, 2002 * * Web: http://www.dwcon.org/ * Email: info@dwcon.org * -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 2.6.3i Charset: noconv iQBVAwUBOgrsS1EnYeztdy65AQG4iQH+JRVHvHAFLFxi2th/5AMZZb31kIFo586G 9lKBJxPGLpS2y6JrK/Ybl14RjO8+EznS1WVeIWBgPhZiMntZRS8PkA== =j4ce -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Submissions for alt.fan.pratchett.announce to: afpa-mod@lspace.org All submissions are PGP signed.
