AFPDip GM Pack

It has been the practice that all game files have been stored on The Diplomat - and this will continue if required.

However, it was not always possible to update all the games in a timely fashion. This led me to write some HTML for GM's with websites of their own - thus allowing a "Diplomat" page to be controlled externally, but the person viewing the page will see a common "look". This file is called "remote.htm". Use of this file is not essential when GM'ing a game, but please link back to the "news" page of the Diplomat (at least) if you use your own file.

May I stress that having a website is not a prerequisite for GM'ing an AFPDip game. It is a timesaver as results can be on the web faster, but it is not essential.

It has been the practice to include a map on the webpage, the map included in the GMPack is called "map.gif". If the GM is hosting the pages for their game then the map and webpage are the only two files they need. If the GM does not have a website, then they'll still need a map for preparing the results - we can arrange for the map to be hosted here.

I strongly encourage all GM's to write some house rules. I will gladly host your house rules (or link to them on your own site), and include mine as an example - not as an example of "good" house rules, but just an example of house rules....
