THE LIGHTS OF BRIAN

A man caught dragging a 15,000UKP crystal chandelier through the streets of Liverpool told police that he had bought it for thirty quid from a man in a pub.

Brian Navarro, 21, from Liverpool was jailed for 13 months for handling the chandelier, which had been stolen from the city's Adelphi Hotel.
